Dear Guest,
Can you commit to doing at least one thing just for YOU this weekend?
That was a question we put to a group of WNA Members who caught up for a Virtual Coffee and Conversation yesterday. Most of us on the call were feeling stretched due to illness, overwork, EOFY pressures, or a combination of these.
It felt good to say it. It's been a crazy week.
It also felt good to share it.
And it felt even better when we each offered up one thing we would commit to doing for ourselves. From walks by the sea or in nature; time with family; a movie or massage; lunch with friends and a social media-free weekend. We wrote it down and we're committed to it.
Won't you join us by writing down your commitment to yourself?
With courage and hope,
Cheryl Gray CEO
P.S. It's a short edition of The Friday File today due to multiple WNA events this week. We look forward to bringing you a full report and state-by-state business opportunities next week.
