Killara Distillery is one of the few world-wide distilleries to be owned and operated by a female and what a powerful advocate Kristy has been in the distilling industry for women. Alongside winning numerous awards nationally and internationally for the whisky she has produced, Kristy has also promoted the progression of women in the industry through setting up the Australian Women in Distilling Association in 2017.
